Absolutely exceptional stay with an impressive breakfast buffet and stunning views of the Petronas Towers. The room was stylish and spacious. Would definitely choose this place again!

The W Hotel Kuala Lumpur impressed with its stylish decor and comfy rooms, while the breakfast at Flock was a standout. However, some service lapses were noticeable, especially during peak hours, which impacted the overall experience. Nevertheless, the location near the iconic towers was a definite plus.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with

the Petronas Towers lighting up the night. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, we did notice the pool area was quite crowded. Despite that, our overall experience was delightful, especially the thoughtful surprise for my partner’s birthday!

The staff went above and beyond, especially during our karaoke night at the WET Deck, making the atmosphere vibrant and fun. Plus, breakfast at Flock was a delightful spread, definitely a highlight!

The attentive staff went above and beyond for our family, organizing a mini encouragement party for my daughter during her exam week. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic spread that catered to everyone's tastes. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking iconic towers that lit up beautifully at night. However, noise from parties nearby and inadequate seating options in common areas slightly marred the experience.

The road noise from the vehicles below was quite disruptive during the nights.

The VIEW of the Petronas Towers from my room was absolutely stunning! 🌟 I loved the spacious decor and vibrant atmosphere. The only downside was the noise from the street below at night.

Our stay for 3 nights was exceptional! Amazing service, and the staff even remembered my birthday! The eco-friendly vibe and unique decor made it feel like a trendy hideaway.

But good luck catching some sleep—it's like a techno club outside! I swear the street noise was auditioning for a DJ role.

I had a great time at W Kuala Lumpur. The view from my room of the Petronas Towers was stunning, especially at night. The ambiance at the pool area was lovely, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. I enjoyed the spacious room, which featured a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Breakfast had a fantastic variety of options, and I loved starting my day with that. However, I experienced some noise issues coming from the WET Deck party late at night. It disrupted my sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the pool bar was incredibly crowded, making it hard to find a spot to enjoy a drink one night. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more shade options for families with children.
